Tom Glaze
Hi! I am Tom Glaze, owner and sole proprietor of Glaze Home Inspections LLC. I was born and raised in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. My wife Lori and I now reside full time in Hiawassee, (Towns County) Georgia for the past 15 years.
My Background
After graduating from college in 1984, I went to work for a law firm while I attended Law School. I worked in the Real Estate department of the firm as a real estate title examiner. Not long after graduating from law school, I opened my own real estate title company. I also acquired my real estate sales license and worked with a local broker.
In the 2003, I started my own real estate investment and development company. I worked as a general contractor in the areas of land development, remodeling and new residential construction.
Why I became a Home Inspector
Actually, it was a suggestion that wife Lori had for me. Lori has been a Real Estate Agent in this area for over 12 years { loriglaze.com ). She saw the need for more, dependable, reliable and qualified Home Inspectors. So I took her suggestion and with my knowledge of real estate, I completed my basic training and certification from American Home Inspector Training. My advanced training is through InterNACHI which is the International Association of Certified Home Inspector
